Hi everybody! I found this today at one of my local thrift stores. It is marked on the bottom USA and the numbers 455. I think it is mid-century but may be older. I really don't know for sure. I love the shape and the bright blue glaze. There are no seams and it is large at 12" tall and 23" in circumference. The opening is 3 1/4" and the base is 5 3/8". Please comment if anybody thinks they know the possible maker because I haven't a clue. Thank you!

Hi everyone! Thanks for the loves aghcollect and vetraio50. I've been searching since I got home and posted this earlier. I have not found anything yet and I have a feeling that with the multitude of makers out there, I probably won't. I do think it was made in Calif. I just don't know by who.

Perhaps Hyalyn? Later McCoy used the notches in the base setting ring to vent during firing, you might check on that. One final guess - Alamo Pottery.
