I bought this spoon at a local thrift store. It looked old and as I looked at the markings I noticed sterling so I knew it must be something good. I looked the internet till I came up with the other markings which related to Gorham. I still couldn't find a pattern, I went to the book store and looked up patterns, Then I saw the Bust pattern. I don't know much more but it is a heavy piece of sterling and it is gilded. If anyone knows the pattern I'd love to know who the bust is of.
