I have this amazing raggedy Ann and Andy box toys, if I am not mistaken is from the 70's, measure: 18"x18"x18". I wasn't able to locate a similar one. The colours are just great, have vinil handles and it is in excellent conditions. Please help and give me some information about the item.

One thing I noticed is Raggedy Ann and Andy appear homemade on photos rm a kit as the lower lashes would have been printed on and not a zig zag . So because of that it is not in my opinion a original factory box rather a photo of a child's dolls blown up and added to it and homemade . Very cute display though and the metal edges even in 70's would have hurt a child . So I am going with homemade with a photo of her dolls applied . Knickerbocker would have made it with true factory dolls and much more safe . I love it at any rate :-)

Well I know it may help but perhaps someone else will chime in also . But the dolls are homemade although boy looks like he is in a knickerbocker suit , a fun piece and I have always loved Raggedy Ann :-)

It is unique and appeal to a adult collector of Raggedy Ann , Must mention NOT for children when you sell it . I would think a collector may pay between 30-50 dollars but keep in mind you have a small audience your selling to , although a toy collector may love it also . I think They used parts from a older chest perhaps and thinking maybe 1960's by dolls clothes ? If you have to ship it the cost of shipping will make it sell lower . Maybe a Ad in your local papers so they can pick it up . We have a place called craigslist in US which allows you to list items for sale for free online .

Hello! I know this is an old post, but I was just searching for info on a toy box I picked up at a garage sale. Looks just like this one except its rectangular, not square. My grandmother has a similar square one, but it has pictures of kittens instead of the dolls, so I feel like they are not homemade..

I agree with Mandy. I have the same one but rectangle so this is not homemade.
I don’t know much about it as this is the only one I can find online. But if there are 3 of them floating around, I doubt it was homemade. Unless someone made these for a living.
I have this exact same item. From around 1980, definitely not home made.
I also have this box. It is slightly different with no handle on the side and the inside wood is different. Must be fairly rare as this was the only one I found online. I ended up looking the box up because I saw a similar box with a Nintendo theme. They were asking $250 Canadian for it but the condition was almost perfect.
