Bought at same time I bought my Kiev girl. I normally don't buy these knockoffs, but this one is perfect and just so cute! 5"x 3". No idea on the factory.

What a sweet figurine, efesgirl. These Japanese Hummels are nice.

GeodeJem - the base could have been fashioned a bit differently, but it is what it is. I have a friend who collects Hummels. When I want to see the real thing, I go to her house. :)

katherinescollections - this is the first Japanese Hummel I've seen. Most of these sorts of figures are made from the cheap, heavy sort of porcelain stuff and also have a thick white glaze. Eeeew. :D

I had a proper Hummel figure a little girl "Which Hand" but I sold her and missed her ever since.

GeodeJem - my friend finds genuine Hummels at the flea markets. People just don't know what they are selling!
