    SEE BOTH PHOTOS...Made by Corbin. This thing is awesome! All original except the newer key ring connecting the key to the chain. Has great patina and is in original state. WORKS. Says NY Telephone Co. top of lock.
    AM NOT PROFICIENT AT LOCKS SO ANYBODY CARE TO ADD SOMETHING?

      I will just add that they were also widely used on railroad lock boxes, on the West Coast. I have 3 or 4 of these, with chains, in my collection, all painted silver. Nice Find!
