This 'universal' film splicer will work with 8mm, Super-8, and 16mm. I haven't located a manual or instructions for use yet and honestly can't tell too much about how it works, even having been a projectionist for a few years...
There are two sides, each with a top and bottom half which appear to be where you press the tape (or cement?) but I don't see any blade attachments. There's also a little piece on the bottom (as shown if first pic) which seems it may be part of the cutting mechanism...
Any ideas?
