One of my earlier thrift store finds, this is my desk lamp. It's brushed steel with a glass tube that surrounds the bulb. I believe it to be a Carl Thore design, but I can't find any table lamps that he has done so I come to you open to suggestions.

Great lamp - I'd definitely buy it too! I've seen some pendels of his that are very similar to this. Any way you're related to MF Doom? (just kiddin')
Check out RAAK from Amsterdam. There are pendant lamps out there just like that design that were created by RAAK. Hope this helps.
Have seen one very similar by him, but the bottom 2 pieces come together. If you can find some wire mesh it would be easy to make a diffuser for the light, and it gives a nice soft glow.
