As promised to Kiwipaul, here is the third stick pin bought from same seller than Mississippi pearl and fire opal stick pins showed in previous posts.
Described as gold tone despite the mark... The two last pics are those of the listing!
Neat whiplash design, with the association of griffin figure, I date it from 1890'
