Just purchased this wonderful watercolor dated 1923 and signed. I can not make it out but is reminds me of Dulac and Rackman. Any ideas?

This is a fabulous piece of art. The colors and also the subject matter are very Rachmanesque..... This reminds me of some of the work you see in old copies of Jugend Magazine from the early 1900's. Great find.... I likely would have had to buy it also had I seen it somewhere.... Outstanding buy!!
