    LOVED THIS PIECE ON SIGHT. BOUGHT AT A ESTATE SALE YESTERDAY. NO MARKINGS AS TO DATE OR MAKER. APPEARS TO BE A MERMAID HOLDING A TORCH. VASE HOLDER? 91/2" TALL BY 12 AT IT'S WIDEST POINT. NOT SURE IF IT'S A VASE HOLDER OR SMALL TABLETOP BASE. HAVING TROUBLE UPLOADING PICS BUT WILL ADD MORE AS SOON AS I CAN.
