qianlong iron bowl

Beautiful rare bowl, that measures width 6'' x ht. 2.5''
Hand Painted with Birds & Floral in rich gold, tan, red, blue. Lt blue & black colors. The seal appears to be marked at the left bottom with another type of seal. or misprint, that would make this very rare.
Any help to Identify this would be most helpful.
