    I bought this object at a bootsale its about 12inches long, made by Spear & Jackson, going by the wing nut design it looks pretty old! complete and no sign of wear. any ideas?

      Hi. thanks for your ideas but the tool appears to be complete rather than a part of something else. The rivet on the side acts as a pully and the channels in the casting line up with it?
