All right guys, here ya go. The orange pair of plates and the white one are self explanatory. They are Illinois plates. The green pair is what I am curious about. Can anyone tell me about these plates. What and or where were they used?

The green USA license plate was used by military personnel on there personal cars when station in Germany (US Forces in Germany) from 1966-1973. I had red license plates on my car that covered the years 1962-1965
