Found this litte glasscreamer at the fleemarket (in Sweden).I did not know who made it but thought it is of good guality. It's just under 10 cm (about 3,5 inches?). It is a little heavy.
A fellow CW member ,Lorenzo, have meanswer. The creamer is Scandinavian from Finland, designed by Gunnel Nyman for Nuutajarvi Notsjo ca. 1947-48. It is part of a series of tableware. Lorenzo sais a

It is a lovely jug Elisabeth and difficult to ID. The shape is Scandi I think but that bullicante hints at Murano.

I'd go with Scandinavian Elisabeth. Murano doesn't typically make jugs. They do however make pitchers, but these usually have some sort of decoration - namely Millefiori. A nice piece regardless.

Yea, this is a hard call. Murano does have the controlled bubble items but a creamer, I dunno! I love it tho!!!

Thankyou everyone for love, ideas and information! It bugs me that I have seen something else like this before but can't remember where. We have had a lot of glassworks here in Sweden so I would'nt be surpriced if they would have used the tecnique with bubbles. I'll keep this open incase I find some more information or if you do :). Thanks for love!

Bullicante isn't a sole technique applicable just to Murano, bohemian glass and other makers use it too.

      Hi Elizabeth,
Your creamer is Scandinavian from Finland. It was designed by Gunnel Nyman for Nuutajarvi Notsjo ca. 1947-48. It is part of a series of tableware created by her. You can see a vintage picture I obtained from iittala in pg. 146 of the book Smoke and Ice, Scandinavian Glass 1930-2000. I hope this helps. Best regards, Lorenzo

Oh my Lorentzo! Thanks so very very much! I had a feeling it was from here somewhere but couldn't pin point it. Thanks again for your wonderful help!

Lorenzo I will try at the library for your books!

Excellent! I am glad I could help. You might be surprised at the value of the little creamer. Nyman's work is very collectible right now, as her work is so seminal and timeless. Try to keep it safe, because it is not easy to find. Luckily, I found one as well. I have never seen the other pieces except in serious collections.

Really? That's so nice to know. I loved it as soon as I saw it. Payed 45 swedish crowns for it which is about 5.2 USD I think. I don't have a big budget but love to find things I like at a price I can afford. I will keep it safe. Thanks!
