This Souvenir glass celebrates The Canadian National Tower in Toronto. It is about 27Cm from its glass base to the tip of its detachable plastic top.
On its reverse is a recipe for a libation named "The Blast Off". Oddly, the measurements for the drink are in English units, as opposed to Metric units, which Canada uses.
The recipe also appears only in English, which is opposed to The Canadian rule of bilingualism.

We've been very slow to adopt the metric system, Canadians today typically use a mix of metric and imperial measurements in their daily lives.
Your glass could be from the early days after the CN tower opened in 1976 & the metric system was just being introduced.
Yikes, Dave, it must be a tough job figuring out things simultaneously using the Metric and Imperial systems!
