    Can anyone help with determining the style, era, country of origin? I found this chair and then had it reupholstered. Other than what you see, there's no inscription or tags.

      Check out Biedermeier as the style. Was it originally painted?
      I'd even suggest Scandinavian origin.

      Beautiful design, it reminds me of Paul Iribe seats, precursor of Art Deco.
      Seems Egyptian inspired with lotus blossoms :-)
