This glass bottle is shaped like a house or cottage. It stands 7 1/4" tall. There are no markings on it. I don't know if it held liquor. The top opening is 2" in diameter. I would love to know what it was used for and the name of the manufacturer

No, there are no distinguishing marks anywhere on the bottle that I can see, even with a magnifying glass.
This looks like a pickle bottle, but I cannot find the proof. Not a liquor bottle.
agree with slackjack - basically with the large mouth it is considered a jar not a bottle - definitely not a liquor bottle, more than likely a condiment jar of some type (pickles, olives, marachino cherries, etc.), maybe even a peanut jar - but with no embossed glass mark on the base it would almost be impossible to identify the actual product source.
Thanks so much slackjack and aghcollect. I never would have thought it was a pickle, olive, cherry jar. Will search on the web for a "jar" and see if I come up with anything even remotely similar to what I have.
I have one like it. I have searched everywhere trying to find anything like it. I'm still trying to identify it. Have you found anything more on this?
