Hall Individual Creamer and a Hall Holding Vessel

Here we have a Hall individual creamer, and a Hall item which I need help on.

The item in question is 9.5Cm in diameter, and is about 4.5Cm tall. Notice the little "ears" (handles) on its sides, an the lid, with its hole in it, which might be a heat escape valve.

Both are backstamped Hall 819.
