Has anyone ever seen a type of pot like this or markings? I have had this pot for about 20 years. I got it from a garage sale. Not sure how to even look it up. I have enjoyed but have no idea about it.

Looks primitive---or is made to look that way intentionally. Would look nice on a shelf with plants. Does it hold water OK? Very unique.

Last time I ever saw anything like this (sans handle) was on a wall next to the street in Philipsburg, St. Maarten. I talked to the curator of the museum & told her she should get it before a hurricane blew it off the wall. She got it & we figured at least 150 yrs old.
