    The jardinière collection grows. The latest is in bright orange - it fits the yellow column / base / pedestal but doesn't look very good without one in its own colour. The hunt is on!

      Good hunting, Ian! Whilst I see the appeal of the orange one I love the blue green white one.

      As an interesting note, this shape pedestal with a different globe or top piece appears in the Hosch catalogs in blue. Those examples date to around 1900. I have recently seen an example of the pedestal, being sold upside down of course, but with a Czechoslovakia mark on it. This would seem to indicate that the shape was either produced for a sustained period of time, or was revived post WWI.
