    Any ideas what these could be, they are green translucent and glow bright purples blue under UV light and green under a Chelsea filter.

      That's up to you, the stones with natural fractures are going to break, so the finished goods from them will be small. It's also a soft stone wear wise.

      Do a hardness test on a hidden side you don't mind scratching. A steel knife blade is usually a 5.5, and a pre 1982 cent is a 3, fluorite is a 4. If the cent doesn't scratch it but the knife does, we know it's not Quartz, Tourmaline, Sapphire, etc.

      I have a knife only, as I'm not from the states I don't have the coin.
      The knife does scratch, the stone appears to be quite soft.

      So it's below 5.5 on Mohs Scale of Hardness. So fluorite is still in the running.

      I also had a look at a few other specimens of raw green fluorite on the web and it looks alike in colour and structure. So my bets are on green fluorite.
