Are the petals plastic or glass?
Beautiful!!! I am in love with bib necklaces at the moment, they also are selling well this season, as they are very fashionable at the moment! This looks like a Trifari piece maybe?
I don't much about jewelry but it's really light weight, so I would guess plastic?? Sorry I'm not helpful!! :) I was thinking Trifari or Coro but not sure yet. I got a ton of research ahead of me with all the stuff I have!!
