Blatz Beer Barrel Spinning Light

Dad had a bar in the basement and collected signs from his friends who owned bars. When i was a kid i would watch this spin and light up. It was always a favorite along with a unicycle sign. It is at least from the 60's when my dad got it.

I am looking for any information on how old this is. I cannot find one anywhere else. I saw a uTube video about one but it had no connection to a collectors group.
