Just bought this at an estate sale. Looks to be primarily brass or bronze with the top shade maybe copper? No makers markings other than parts on one side stamped '5' and parts on other side stamped '55' (for assembly)? Mounted on wood base but I suspect that the wood base may not be original. I've looked on the web and have seen nothing even similar. Seems to be very well made.
