Blue Boy by Thomas Gainsborough.
Thank you blunderbuss2. The picture is on at satin like material. Quite different than anything now, but I guess many years ago that was popular.
It is federal law that every antique mall have a Blue Boy. Nice frame on this one.
Also I hope you don't mind but you did give me an idea.
Really, come to think of it they may be why I couldn't place him fortapache. What is your idea?
