I picked this up today for $12.00 in a small area shop. I like the Deco style, and it really glows under the blacklight! I found a small LED blacklight flashlight on line for under $10.00, and I take it everywhere with me now.

These are so neat ! what makes them glow? I'll have to look for some in my travels!
There is a small amount of uranium in the glass, and I display them under a blacklight. Sometimes it's called depression glass, but there are many colors of that, ad I've only seen the green, and sometimes the yellow glow. I bought an LED UV flashlight online for like $10, and I carry it when I go out antiquing, along with my magnifying glass. I really like them too! Thanks for lookig and the comment.
I really like these... Maybe I should start looking for them. What do I need to know as a beginner?
