I bought this 3 days ago at an estate sale, older couple in their 80's or so. I have never seen a vase like this, it is all hand painted. White glass or ceramic with green windows.
Any ideas on who made this ?

I believe Egermann, amongst others, have made these types of vases, and still do.

to see if it is uranium or vaseline glass, glows green under black light. Wonderful glass this one.
