The display is all metal, except for the plastic rollers that unroll and automatically retract back to the metal display. Vintage green color with fish fin logo. Not sure what is is or what it was used for. Any help would be appreciated.

The display measures 55" x 8". It looks like if you had additional displays, they would fit together side by side. Thanks, Ken

It is missing the base, but it was for stacking six pack bottles with the rollers between them, giving stability to the stack (basically a gondola). Made by Mead Packaging Co. Of Atlanta, GA. http://patentimages.storage.googleapis.com/pages/US3099354-0.png

Here's one similar, pics include brochure showing the rack "in action".

Thanks so much to both of you for the information. Is it safe to say the EBay listing is priced pretty high? It seems like while mine is incomplete, it is much older than the EBay listing. Any idea what mine is worth? Thanks again.

The Arciform or "Fishtail" logo is late 50's -early 60's. TGBWC campaign was kicked off 1963, so your piece is not too much older (could conceivably be from nearly same time period). Yes, the eBay listing price looks to be extremely high. Difficult to put a price on an incomplete rack of relative recent vintage. The 30's-40's racks complete in good condition can bring a few hundred.
