This is my 88 year kid mothers doll that she received when she was 6. She is about 12 inches long and her body is stuffed with straw.

I assume she is not marked on back of neck ? These are common faces to find and if unmarked hard to say who made her . I would say USA maker . Head and legs and arms are made of composition which over time many dolls are found like her with paint flaking or lifting . Nice family heirloom but can not say who made her. Often they just had a hang tag on wrist . She is fashioned much in likeness of Patsy Ann but is not her . Dates around 1920s-
