Those look like some nice Political pins Vestawind,nice job.
Actually these are the the kinda the bottom of the barrel of what she used to have. The best of them are gone now.
People that love this stuff would love the end tails of her collection. She was 82 when she passed in 2004 and collected pins from when she was little. Our whole family being pack rats gave her ton's of stuff. I try to hold on to the things I know were family pieces, or give them to family memebers that will love them. With most it's hard to say where they came from.
The Reagan election was exciting for me because it's was the first election I was old enough to vote. I have lots of Reagan stuff I didn't show. Really too new for most people to find interesting.
My Dad was a federal employee union president for our local Air Force base. It was the first time he ever admitted to voting for a republican, my mother made sure everyone knew it too. Our family came from a huge family of GOP politicians haha
I looked where you told me too but there were no markings on her back or by the hairline.
You guys are showing our age by liking this group instead of the older ones I posted :P
