Cast bronze, just under 7"in height, 6"wide at the base. Don't really know anything about it but very interesting !

Very interesting mystery indeed, a fantasy bat with huge bird feet and nice patina!

Its been to the Ugly forest and every ugly tree has taken a branch to it! It may have been specifically made as a bespoke item. I've never seen anything like that, its so ugly its cute! Just like the first time you see E T the film, and you see ET first and go ewwwwwwww. But later ET grows on you.
