I found this cutie at a roadside flea market in Maine this summer while on vacation. I loved it because it looks just like my little Rat Terrier "Stella".
This item is about 4" tall, and seems to be quite old. The woman would not budge on the price, so I'm thinking it may be a Steiff? Hoping someone on this site can confirm?

I'm not sure who or when it was made but it does look like Stella.....the little tongue out is cute.
