Huge 2.1/8" or 5.5cm high, 1.7/8" or 4.7cm wide!
Mount is not gold, very bright without tarnish, surely pinchbeck (copper and zinc alloy).
Mid 19th century.
Blunderbuss... She seems to have 3 breasts, but, no!
It is her shoulder :-)
