This is blue and white spatter on a clear ground with a smattering of red. The bottom part of the coil has protruding 'crimped' discs.The spatter is on the outside of the clear glass and is pebble like on the base.
I think it's a nice addition to my blue Art Deco glass but can only guess at the maker.
Height 20 cm./8 inches
