Beautiful Pink Pedestal Dessert Dishes

Good Afternoon,

I was given these beautiful pink dessert cups but I am unable to identify anything about them.
The top of these cups are so unusual with a staggered ric rack type design around the top and the floral design on the glass and also on the bottom.

I was given 7.

Any help with the maker or age would be greatly appreciated.
