this large piece appears to be handmade and painted. it's a very beautiful piece of pottery. i just had to have it when i saw it! does anyone recognize this piece? where from? etc... it's beautifully made!

thank you robin56, vetraio50 and CindB! i think that vetraio50 may be correct. i think it might be a chinese interpretation of an italian piece. it's that brown stain on the bottom again - it surprises me alot!
