i dug one of these out of my warehouse the other day and realized i had another, different colored one somewhere. i think they look great together. any ideas who made them and when?

This may be misidentified as McCoy, several other pieces advertised it as McCoy, but noe are signed - tias has a yellow color one identified as FAPCO (Fredricksburg Art Pottery)
