      I grew up in Eastern Kentucky and every home had ashtrays in almost every room. Most all Motels and Eateries had them...

      Smoking cigars and crystal scotch tumblerbin the other hand. A very romanticized advertising sterotype when they were allowed to advertise this. Great piece.
