This is very reminiscent of a blue and white powder décor found on Kralik ball vases. It is unmarked - despite being from France - which is slightly unusual. It is 23.5cm high.
Any advice as to my tentative atrribution would be appreciated.

Unknown at present with a lean on the pendulum to Kralik. But only a lean! At the moment! Certainly fine and unusual.
