    Found in attic this Old Dummy Doll, Has some serious wear and crack marks clothes appear to be tattered and torn, measures around 26 inches without the hat, Unknown what year this Willie Talk was made. any help with the year would be appreciated.

      http://willietalk.com/about_willie.html there's similar from 1936 on this web site. He was originally made by the regal doll company.
