    Found this on trademe New Zealand it's made by Hugo Pollak and is an Ideal lamp made in Vienna and that's all I know please let me know more if you can, Thanks

      The German words would read:
      IDEAL GLÜHLAMPEN - UNTERNEHMUNG
      (Ideal incandescent lamp corporation)
