This is a really neat bisque piece. I was told it was a planter when I purchased it. I have looked in vain for a way to identify the mark on the bottom, but have come up empty handed. I believe it is German, but even possibly French or English? It looks as if the figures are in and on a gypsy wagon, bu could be circus or carnival wagon also. I did a close up of the little Native American figure, so you could see her detail. She has butterfly wings, and the other two have angel wings. The bisque wheels on the cart are wired on, and actually turn. I have never seen another like it, so am at a loss. I would appreciate any help in finding out its history. Thanks!
