I love this. If it is an antique, it still fits into any current decor. On the bottom is marked in gold 30/5.

What a gorgeous decor!! I'd guess this is Chinese, maybe 30s or 40s, but that's just a guess, perhaps someone can help further. Could you post a pic of the base?
This is all I had to go on.
I am a closet home stager. I continue to buy things to resell then I end up finding a great place for them. After I identify this tea pot I will have to make a decision should it stay or should it go.
It is certainly beautiful, I'd be tempted to keep it as well. :)
