No clue as to what this is. It appears to have some type of drawer or mechanism that rotates outward out of the main body. Any help is appreciated.

If it were sitting on my porch, I would call it junk, but don't think that is what you are after. Chinese washing machine? Porch needs some reparations too.
Looks like a fanning mill but would need to the other side to be sure. Google search fanning mill and search images, sure looks like one to me.
Hard to tell at this angle... I think it was used to clean grain, if it was, many parts are missing. It was used to take out the chaff and weeds. My Grand parents had one.
A Fanning Mill ! I have never seen the like ! Another gold star for the Rustfarm. I don't know how he does it.
