    A large brass hand made at Keswick School of Industrail Art , Arts & Crafts size 9inch dia 5.5 inches high note the roll edge ,this was purchase from my local car boot sale it was as black as the ace of spades and the lady i purchase it from said it was a dogs feeding bowl ? ,I just agreed with her and brought it ,got it home and set too to clean it up wow what a bowl .Wish i could find more of these dog bowls !

      I just had to comment. First, I wondered if you were familiar with Maas metal polish. It is really great stuff. Secondly, I had a good laugh about the "dog bowl" story. I bought a "dog bowl" at a yard sale once. Under decades of disgusting grime was an antique yellow ware bowl! Yours is very beautiful. I wish we could find more "dog bowls", too!
