This is the Pancho Pony first released in 1968. It is a bit smaller than the other horses as it was meant for the Johnny West child sized figures. The one shown here is the sorrel color. It was also released in the palomino color.
The back of the box has the instructions for the tack.
The last photo shows Jay West riding the Pancho Pony.
