This item was in an old hotel as an item of decoration behind the bar
It stands 56cm tall and has no markings I can find
I have known this item for over 50 years any information would be appreciated

I found another item in the same color with the fleur de lis stem (see the text of the link below) but I'm afraid they don't have much more info than you do.
Even though the stopper looks like the right color and style, it doesn't seem to actually fit the neck. I wonder if the base of the stopper had something covering it (like cork or plastic) to fit the neck more tightly and raise it up a little higher.
I also found two similar pieces on eBay by searching 'glass blue fleur de lis stem'. There's not much info there either but it may be a place to start. Wish I could be more help!
