I have had this bench for about 10 years. I have no history on it. I know the previous owner use to own and operate the local bank, she built the towns community center and senior center and donated it back to the city. Our high school football field and park bear her last name as well. No clue what kind of wood it is. The spindles are a little inconsistent so I think it was handmade. I can only find a few tiny nail holes (last photo) so I have no clue how it is put together. It is very solid though. I can't find anything similar when I do searches (eBay, Google etc). Anybody have any idea on age, or wood type or anything else?

If you are using an IPad .... I just edit the images. Just make a very slight change to the size. Then upload each one again .... then they behave.
