    A Milk Glass Candy Dish. I've spent a lot of time on the "what is this" part. Ended up talking with a couple of nice people, one said it is a "Dime Store" item. Another said it may be a piece that Indiana Glass produced for others. Not part of their regular line. The top handle does look like some Indiana Glass items. I love the design.
