Friend brought this by for me for info and I am blank. About 4 inches tall, very heavy and probably brass. Statue in human form with wolf head. Dressed in cowboy attire. Has a stem shown in first pic with gnurled head that pushes into base. In last pic, there is a indented (Looks like a strike area for the stem. Possibly like an endless match) area on the side of the base. I'm just lost on this. If the little stem has a flint attached, it is gone. Can anyone help???

Permanent Match and how it would work.

I know what an endless match looks like and how it works. My item has what looks like a pull out striker and a place on the base to strike, but there is no place for a resorvoir for fuel.

Oh the hole match is in has no reservoir ? I didn't know that it would seem it should :-(
